Live Animal Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all sales of African Grey parrots are final. We do not accept returns once a bird has been shipped or delivered.
However, your satisfaction and the health of the bird are our top priorities.
Health Guarantee
All African Grey parrots sold are:
Vet-checked before shipping
Healthy at the time of sale
Properly weaned and ready for their new home
We offer a 48-hour health guarantee from the time of delivery.
If your bird shows signs of illness within this period:
You must contact us immediately
Provide a report from a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours
If confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement bird OR
A partial/full refund (depending on the situation)
Shipping Issues
If your bird arrives:
Injured
Severely stressed
Or deceased (extremely rare)
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos/videos
Packaging evidence
We will investigate and provide:
Replacement OR
Full refund
Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT offer refunds if:
You change your mind after purchase
You are unable to care for the bird
The bird is harmed due to improper handling or environment
You fail to provide proper veterinary documentation within the required timeframe
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipping
Once a bird has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing/restocking fee (10–20%)
Deposits
Deposits made to reserve a bird are non-refundable
This ensures serious buyers and covers care costs
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued via the original payment method
